Product Overview

Our Phase-Change Plate is a military-grade passive thermal management component designed for defense, aerospace and high-end industrial electronics. Embedded with phase-change thermal storage media inside the sealed metal cavity, the plate absorbs massive heat generated by electronic devices via the latent heat of phase change. It suppresses temperature spikes, stabilizes operating temperature and guarantees reliable continuous operation of critical electronics under transient high-power load conditions.

Core Features

  • Passive thermal control, no power consumption, no moving parts, high reliability for harsh environments
  • Customizable phase-change temperature & PCM types to match different working temperature windows
  • Integrated vacuum brazed sealing structure, helium leak detection for long-term airtight performance
  • High latent heat storage capacity, excellent peak heat dissipation suppression
  • Compact & customizable form factor, compatible with system integration for radar, avionics and power modules
  • Full manufacturing traceability, military standard testing available

Phase Change Material Options

  1. Metallic PCM Gallium, Indium and their alloys, featuring high thermal conductivity and stable heat storage performance.
  2. Non-metallic PCM n-Hexadecane, n-Octadecane, aerospace special wax (70#~78#).
  3. Other optional PCM Alkanes, inorganic salts.

Classification by Operating Temperature Range

  • Low temperature range: 3–25°C
  • Medium temperature range: 26–55°C
  • High temperature range: 56–120°C

Manufacturing Process

Component machining → Fin & flow channel forming → Vacuum brazing → Airtightness test → Integrated precision machining → Airtightness & pressure test → Drying → Helium mass spectrometry leak test (positive/negative pressure) → Phase-change material filling → Surface treatment → Final performance verification

Typical Applications

Military electronic cabinets, airborne radar, aerospace payloads, high-power industrial power electronics, laser equipment and other systems requiring transient peak heat absorption and temperature stabilization.
